We made some yummy fruity, jammy biscuits.
The biscuit recipe was so easy and delicious and we topped it off with fruit we had picked ourselves, and homemade blueberry jam, yummy!!!
- 100g butter
- 50g sugar
- 175g plain flour
- A splodge of maple syrup (I didn't measure)
- Mix the sugar and butter together until fluffy.
- Mix in the syrup.
- Fold in the flour to form a dough.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake for 25 minutes at Gas Mark 3.
